PASADENA, Calif. — Firefighters helped rescue a blind dog after it fell into a hole at a construction site in Pasadena, California. According to KABC-TV, the 13-year-old dog, Cesar, fell into a hole that measured 15 feet deep and 3 feet wide at around 7 p.m. PDT Tuesday. A Pasadena search and rescue team arrived at the construction site to assist, according to KABC. They hooked up ropes and pulleys to lower one team member into the hole. 'The canine was extricated in roughly 13 minutes and uninjured,' the Pasadena Fire Department tweeted.
